For years, the electronic displays Conference has been a must-attend for players in various areas of the display industry as well as for manufacturers who integrate displays into their products. Together with the embedded world conference, the two conferences running in parallel to embedded world exhibition in Nuremberg attracted a total of 1,897 attendees and speakers from 47 countries in 2025.

The electronic displays Conference 2025 once again provided plenty of opportunities to find out about the latest trends and developments in the display sector in exciting keynotes and sessions. Attendees also had the opportunity to join many intensive discussions with experts and like-minded people on solutions and challenges – these discussions are one of the USPs of the electronic displays Conference.

At the end, speakers and attendees alike were completely satisfied with the conference and many of them immediately made a note of next year's event in their calendars: The electronic displays Conference 2026 will take place in Nuremberg from March 11 to 12, 2026.

This positive tenor was also followed by the conclusion of conference chairman Karlheinz Blankenbach: "I am completely happy. The electronic displays Conference 2025 was a great success. We had renowned speakers and highly motivated participants, great topics, interesting questions, exciting innovations and, as a result, an impressive number of participants."

The closing remarks at the electronic displays Conference 2025 on the evening of the second day also marked the end of a long era for Prof. Karlheinz Blankenbach as conference chairman. On stage, he handed over the chairmanship to his successor, Prof. Jan Bauer from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, who will continue the conference’s legacy and ensure its success. Prof. Blankenbach will not leave the conference but continue to be part of the program committee.
