5. Notice for Facebook users:
Facebook users should note that this website uses Facebook's Website Custom Audiences communication tool. For this purpose, so-called Facebook pixels are integrated on our websites, which mark you as a visitor to our website in anonymized form, i.e. without identifying you as a person. If you are later logged into Facebook, a non-reversible and thus non-personal checksum (profile) from your usage data is transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/ads/website_custom_audiences/ and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation, among other places. If you wish to object to the use of Facebook Website Custom Audiences, you can do so athttps://www.facebook.com/ads/website_custom_audiences/.

6. Notes on the Twitter plugin
Our website uses so-called social plugins of the microblogging service Twitter, which is operated by Twitter Inc, 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA ("Twitter"). The plugins are marked with a Twitter logo, for example in the form of a blue "Twitter bird". You can find an overview of the Twitter plugins and their appearance here: https://about.twitter.com/en_us/company/brand-resources.html
When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Twitter. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Twitter directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through the integration, Twitter receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile on Twitter or are not currently logged in to Twitter.
This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Twitter server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged in to Twitter, Twitter can directly assign your visit to our website to your Twitter account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Tweet" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Twitter server and stored there. The information is also published on your Twitter account and displayed there to your contacts.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Twitter, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in Twitter's privacy policy: https://twitter.com/privacy.
If you do not want Twitter to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Twitter account, you must log out of Twitter before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Twitter plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

7. Google analytics terms
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google").
This service examines, among other things, the origin of visitors, the time they spend on individual pages and the use of search engines, thus allowing a better control of the success of possible advertising campaigns.
Furthermore, we use Google reCAPTCHA, which we use to protect us from SPAMS and, for example, to check in a contact form whether the data input is a human or an automated program. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy location of the places indicated by us on the website.
All of these aforementioned tools use your IP address and also transmit it to the USA, the headquarters of Google. The IP address belongs to personal data and one could draw conclusions about your person.
In its ruling of 16.07.2020, the ECJ declared the previously most important legal basis (the so-called Privacy Shield) for the transfer of personal data of European consumers to the USA to be invalid. The reason for this is that the level of protection of the GDPR is not guaranteed for the transfer to the USA (AZ: C-362/14). In particular, the far-reaching powers of U.S. security authorities as well as the possible data accesses in electronic communication services to non-U.S. citizens without a court order could not be reconciled with the European GDPR. The standard protection clauses used for data transfers to the USA are also inadmissible according to the ECJ.
The mentioned tools, which we use, are only for marketing purposes and for the comfort experience and your and our security. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
By above clarification and what these tools do, we request your consent pursuant to Art. 49 para 1. lit a DSGVO in the cookie banner, which you can revoke at any time.

8. Your rights
You have the following rights with respect to us regarding personal data concerning you:
- right of access,
- right to rectification or deletion,
- right to restriction of processing,
- right to object to processing,
- right to data portability.
Please contact us in writing for this purpose. Our data protection officer is also available to you at the e-mail address datenschutz_wmp@wekanet.de. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
