DAY OF YOUR PRESENTATION:
Check-In will be open from 9:00 am daily.
You will reveive your name badge on site at the conference desk in Hall 6 – Check in with your personal QR-Code!.
The technicians take care of the flow and play the presentations we have received. That's what we would prefer in terms of procedure. If you bring a newer version, it would have to be handed over to the technician in the room in good time.
And bring it with you on an USB-device!!
In case you should have any final updates, please hand the new version to the technician in the plenary room.
To guarantee a smooth run of the program, we kindly ask you to attend the whole session in which you are speaking and to see the technician at least 10-15 minutes before your presentation to get your microphone attached.
Please note that after each Session there is a Discussion/Q&A. Your participation is requested.
The Session Chair will lead the discussion.

First and foremost, we would like you to be aware that you are contributing to the embedded world Conference 2022, the world’s largest and leading event on the topic, and that your presentation plays a vital role in the success of the conference. Our main objective is to produce an event full of excellent and thriving technical presentations.
Therefore, of course, we strongly request speakers to refrain from giving commercial presentations. Marketing pitches severely mar the high professional quality and integrity of the conference.
Also it should be noted that attendees expect content-rich sessions and tend to question the credibility of marketing speakers.Session chairs are requested to interrupt marketing driven presentations with insufficient technical content.
Also in the next years, we will not invite speakers who deliver a presentation with a focus on their company's products or services or who otherwise compromise the spirit of the speaker's role as outlined here.
