Information & Guidelines

IMPORTANT: PLEASE USE the SCREEN SHARE MODUS if you did not send your presenation slides until 26th February!!

Please make sure to join at the beginning of the session ON TIME
Even when you submitted a pre-recorded Video please join the Session on time via zoom for the Discussion/Q&A

 

All Sessions will be held in a zoom call which will be streamed directly into the talque event platform.
On talque the audience is able to watch your presentation. Questions of the audience are submitted via a chat and will be supervised by your Session Chair and communicated to you in the 15 Minute Q&A Session at the end of the Session. Please avoid using talque yourself during your session and only join the zoom room.

Before we go live, we will do a final Tech-Check with you, the session chair and all the other speakers of your session. The final Tech Check will start 15 Minutes before you go live and is crucial for a successful presentation so please make sure to join on time.

Length of Talk:

Please see conference program (20 or 30 mins).
After each Session there will be a 15min Discussion/Q& with all speakers and the Session Chair. Please be available!

 

Language:

The conference language is English.
 

Presenters:
Talks should be presented by speakers, who have strong public presentation skills and subject matter expertise. The program committee reserves the right to cancel a contribution’s acceptance, if the speaker, the subject or the content of the contribution was changed compared to the original submission.

The speaker guarantees to give the lecture remotely or to provide a suitable substitute speaker.
